1) Members only.
2) Must be signed in and out by a board member or the co-ordinator.
3) The person booking the garage shall be held responsible for any damage: e.g. Broken windows, fixtures, doors, holes in floor, walls, spills etc.
4) The garage shall not be used as a storage area of members items for any reason, no tools, dead car parts etc. shall be left in the garage. Members must remove their personal items from the garage by the end of the day. Dead car parts must be removed from the co-op property immediately. Vehicles may not be left in the garage.
5) The co-op shall not be held liable (responsible) for any damage to person or persons using the garage, or any equipment or tools which are used in the garage. Persons using the garage for their own use will do so at their own risk.
6) The doorways shall always be kept clear.
7) The garage shall be used for winter months only, from November 1 to April 30.
8) If a member has not participated to the minimum requirements, they may not use the garage.
9) Hours of use will be from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily. Everything must be removed from the garage by 7:00 p.m.
10) The garage cannot be left unattended at any time.
11) No one 16 years or under shall be allowed in the garage.
