- If damage is done to co-op property by a child, the board should be notified as soon as possible. If damage is done to a member’s property, the member should talk to the parent of the child involved and try to resolve it themselves. If the situation cannot be resolved, the a complaint form should be filled out.
- Any damages caused by children will be the responsibility of the parents to rectify.
- If you are sending your children to do laundry, you are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities.
- Ensure any mess made by children when playing is cleaned up. i.e.:wood, garbage, toys, etc…
- Children under eight(8) must be supervised in community play and common areas of the co-op at all times.
- Adult members of the co-op are to supervise children of any age, playing in the community centre at all times. A Member of the Co-operative much be present whenever a non-member is in the community centre.
- Parents should review the “rules” with their children.
