All dryer vents must be either a metal flex dryer vent hose or a solid metal dryer vent hose. IF there is a unit discovered during the annual inspections that is using an improper dryer vent hose, the members will be given two weeks to correct the problem and if it is not corrected at the end of the two weeks the co-op will purchase a proper dryer vent hose, hire someone to install it and charge the member(s).
