All beverages must be in a drinking container that does not look like an alcoholic beverage. (cans must be in cozies and all other drinks must be in a cup/mug). All drinks must be poured or put in cozies inside units, not in the common area or the front yards. Bottles, cans and cases (either full or empty) must be kept inside of units. Should someone become intoxicated they must be asked to go home or be taken home.
Respect your neighbours, keep off your neighbours’ yards if they ask and be cautious of children.
