1.01 Priority of this By-Law:
- this By-law repeals By-Law #1. Any future by-law can only amend this By-law if the future By-law states it is doing so.
- If there is a conflict between documents, the documents will govern in the following order:
- first, the Act
- second, the Articles of Incorporation
- third, the by-laws
- fourth, the policies and procedures of the Co-op.
The Board, Members, and employees of the Co-op must follow this order of priority.
