Gateway Housing Co-operative is a non-profit housing co-op in North Bay whose purpose is to provide safe, affordable housing to our members. Our North Bay housing co op relies on the mutual support and contributions of our members working together to create a safe, affordable, and enjoyable community.
We believe that housing co-ops can provide opportunities for personal growth and change, and it will encourage those opportunities whenever possible. As members we will strive to support each other, knowing that it is when we work together and co-operate that we are at our best.
Our co-op will seek to meet the needs of our members beyond housing whenever possible.
Our co-op will work hard to build a sense of community where all our members feel respected and cared for.
Our co-op believes in fostering a spirit of self-reliance in all its activities.
Our co-op believes it has a responsibility to the larger community. We will seek to promote a spirit of co-operation and sharing with the larger community.
